I like OKC to keep this a game with their defense and have a shot to win it. Houston has a bad history with D’Antoni late in series and they continued the trend the other night playing terrible on offense in the 4th and Westbrook taking more shots late in the game than Harden even though Westbrook turned the ball over all game and doesn’t look good right now. That’s bad coaching. Houston is trying to work Westbrook back into the rotation and close a pesky team out at the same time, I just don’t think it’s an ideal situation. The Thunder played great on
defense in Game 6 and have done the
same for most of this series. Game 7 is usually when defense takes over. The 3 guard lineup of Chris Paul, Schroder, and Gilgeous-Alexander have won a bunch of games this year that a lot of people didn’t think they would and with Dort and Steven Adams’ defense I think they walk into this game believing that they can keep it close and have a shot at the end. They’re going to need some clutch shooting from Chris Paul and Gallo again but I think this is the type of game OKC’s going to win a lot of 50-50 balls and make this physical. I love the fight in this team and they have the better coach for late game situations.
