Two strong defensive teams and it shouldn’t be easy for either team to score more than 65. UCF holds teams to 27% from three, is 17th in effective field goal % defense and held Miami to 66 points and OK State to 52 before overtime. Ole Miss was held to 55 points vs Oklahoma and 57 vs Memphis. Memphis is really good so there’s nothing wrong with an 11 point loss to them but Memphis shot 1 for 15 from three and won by double digits. UCF has a great go-to player in Taylor Hendricks and good size. Ole Miss’s defense and size will make the game tough but if UCF keeps playing good defense Ole Miss should have a tough time pulling away to win by 3 possessions.
