The Broncos are a wounded animal right now- 4 straight losses by double digits, Brock Osweiler at QB, and a defense that looks tired from carrying the team on their back.
The argument Denver backers are going to have in this game is that the Patriots struggle in Denver but that’s irrelevant after a Patriots 13 point win in Denver last season. The Patriots are coming off a bye and I expect them to sharpen up vs Brock Osweiler – Brock is just not a good quarterback and I will happily fade him knowing he is thinking in his head that he has to keep up with Tom Brady.
Denver’s game last week vs the Eagles was a sign of Denver’s defense losing hope. Sure, they can battle and make things tough for Tom Brady at times in this game but sooner or later Brady will move the ball more times than Brock Osweiler will and the Patriots D can force Brock into throws he doesn’t want to make. The Broncos struggle against tight ends and this game is setup for Gronk and potentially Bennett to play well.
