Mavs -1.5 at Nets 1.5 unit (Thursday)
2nd night of a back to back for the Nets after playing the Bucks Wednesday and the Mavs have a day off before this game. The Nets defense has struggled with certain lineups especially when Patty Mills and Day’ron Sharpe are on the court and they gave up 134 to the Grizzlies and 130 to the Pelicans. Christian Wood off the bench will be a tough matchup for them and he’s averaging 24.3 ppg in just 26 mins per game. Luka will go at Kyrie and Mills a lot and use his size and the Mavs are the better defensive team in this game. The Mavs blew out the Grizzlies on the 2nd night of a back to back and the Mavs could beat the Nets if both teams were equally rested. With the back to back the -1.5 is still probably not enough of an adjustment.
