Rodgers is starting. The Vikings are starting a 3rd string Center on the road and this is Kirk Cousins’ first game ever at Lambeau. Minnesota’s offense wasn’t as explosive last week as you’d expect – they scored just 17 points (the other 7 were from a pick 6) and Cousins had just 6.8 yards per attempt while Diggs had only 43 yards. Cousins was sacked 3 times and Green Bay’s defensive line could control the trenches on that side of the ball.

As for Rodgers, I’m betting on him no matter what in this spot, even if he can’t move out of the pocket. If the Packers offensive live blocks today anywhere near the way they did in the 2nd half, the Packers will win. The Vikings defense is great but not as dominant on the road. Nick Foles threw for over 350 yards against Minnesota in Philadelphia.

Green Bay’s defense should play better than people expect and Rodgers has this team coming in to this game with a ton of momentum. Packers win.
