Both teams are 0-2 but the Texans have a lot more upside with Deshaun Watson at quarterback than the Giants do with Eli. The right side of the Giants O-line has been terrible and RT Ereck Flowers is being benched today. The Texans’ pass rush hasn’t been good so far but that should change in their first game at home against a bad O-line. The Giants defense is going to be without Olivier Vernon and Eli Apple and that’s not good for a defense that has been horrible against the run the first two weeks and just let Dak and Bortles run on them in back to back weeks. DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller could have big days.
Watson played better at home last season and the Texans have more talent than the Giants with matchups to exploit. Texans should win and cover here.
