The Packers started the season the best way they could – winning a road game in prime time football against the Chicago Bears. Even more impressive was that they won with their defense and not Aaron Rodgers’ arm. Now the Packers are coming home to play another divisional rival where the packers will have an additional 3 days rest and a head start on travel due to them playing on Thursday night.

The Packers last year were leading the Vikings 20-7 at home and 29-21 with 2 minutes left and ended up tying them at home after a bad roughing the passer call on Clay Matthews affected the game. Kirk Cousins was 35/48 with 425 yrds 4 TD 1INT, so even with Kirk tremendously outperforming Rodgers the Packers were able to sneak away with a tie.

Not only do I not see Kirk cousins outperforming Rodgers as he did last year – I’m ready to see this Packers defense make Kirk cousins very uncomfortable like they did against the Bears.

Rodgers is:

64-17 SU at home(78%)

25-13 SU in September (64%)

42-18-1 SU against the NFC North (69%)

7-2-1 SU career at home against Minnesota with an average margin of victory of 19 points in those 7 wins

Kirk Cousins is….

13-23-2 SU on the road (34%)

7-9-1 SU in September (41%)

And this is only his second time ever at Lambeau Field. Packers end this game with a W.
