The Dolphins are 12-5 (70.6%) ATS after a SU loss under Brian Flores

Brian Flores has been an elite ATS coach since taking over the Dolphins but specifically has been great bouncing back after a loss. The Dolphins have also covered 8 straight as home favorites against losing teams. History says they take care of business as short favorites against the Colts.

The Panthers are 6-1 ATS as road dogs under Matt Rhule

Part of this stat is definitely credited to Teddy Bridgewater (the road dog GOAT) from last season but Matt Rhule always has his guys ready to compete and that’s been evident in their perfect ATS and SU start to the season.

The 49ers are 5-12-1 ATS as a home favorite under Shanahan

Shanahan is undoubtedly one of the bright young coaches in the league but in this spot as a home favorite, he has really struggled. We saw just last week in a nearly identical spot the 49ers lost outright as short home favorites. Russ and the Seahawks are also on a 9-3 ATS run as road dogs.

The Steelers are 29-17-1 ATS as road dogs under Tomlin

Tomlin is the most predictable coach in the NFL in these spots. He is 82-92-3 ATS as a favorite during his tenure but has the 2nd best mark in the league as a road dog. We have already seen it this year with a SU win as underdogs against Buffalo and then losing SU as favorites at home against the Raiders and Bengals back-to-back weeks. Tomlin should have his guys up for a big game in Green Bay this weekend.

The Vikings are 10-3 ATS as home dogs under Mike Zimmer

Mike Zimmer has been a good ATS coach his whole tenure in Minnesota but this is the spot where he’s really thrived. The Vikings are very comfortable in their home building and won SU in this exact spot last week against Seattle.

The Giants are 11-3 ATS as road dogs since 2019

Daniel Jones has been an odd case of one of those players who is just worse at home than on the road. During the same time frame, they are a league-worst 5-13 ATS at home. The Giants are also 8-2 ATS in their L10 off an ATS loss.

Justin Herbert is 5-2 ATS against the AFC West

The Chargers are coming off a big upset win over the Chiefs last week and that also moved Herbert’s divisional ATS record to 5-2. Herbert also beat the Raiders SU as an underdog the last time he faced them.
